What are the pros and cons to being an EOP student in college?

I’m going to transfer to a and i have the to be in EOP. Is it worth it? Besides the grant, how else is it helpful?
Do i really HAVE to get their approval on the classes I want to take?
I’ve read on here that want to get out of the program…why though?

What are some good clinical psychology masters programs in California?
